To help us investigate a recording problem, include:

• the recording ID shown in your dashboard;
• the source domain, without including confidential page content;
• the approximate time and selected scene preset;
• the visible error code and message;
• your browser and device type.

Never email passwords, authentication cookies, private URLs, R2 credentials, API secrets or full access tokens.

Security Reports

Use the subject Security Report and describe the issue, affected URL or component, reproduction steps and potential impact. Please do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service or publish an unresolved vulnerability.

Response Times

We aim to acknowledge support and rights requests within five business days. Urgent security reports are prioritized, but response times are not guaranteed.
